2020 CSA WEEKLY VEGETABLE BASKET! “With so many CSAs out there, how do I find the one that’s right for me?” Every CSA is different, so, when trying to pick one that suits you best, the most important issue to consider is, “What comes in my basket?” Our CSA baskets offer incredible variety and adventure, while still focusing on the vegetables that are most popular! The comment we most often hear is, “Your baskets have food we actually eat!” and “It’s like Christmas every week!” In order to make your baskets varied and exciting, we do plenty of succession planting, and partner with other local farmers whose philosophy matches ours. Simply put, your baskets are well-thought out – long in advance of harvest! Here’s a look at some of the rotations we’ve planned for your 2020 basket. (Remember, weekly baskets include about 8 different types of produce, so we choose from the categories listed below, plus occassional free-choice items, and a few surprises!)
